At Luxora Beauty, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Our return policy is designed to be flexible and customer-friendly. We accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:
- A wrong product has been dispatched.
- The product does not match the item selected during order confirmation.
- A quality or manufacturing defect is identified upon receiving the product.
- The product is received in a damaged condition.
Breakage or Transit Damage
In case of breakage or damage during transit, please send clear images of the damaged product via WhatsApp to:

Important:
Please retain the original packaging, including foam, cushioning, and outer box, even if the product is broken. This is required for verification and return processing.
Cancellation Policy
We believe in 100% customer satisfaction. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order at:

Please Note:
- Orders cannot be cancelled or modified after 12 hours of placement.
- Once an order is packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- Non-acceptance of a shipped order will be treated as a return.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, Luxora Beauty reserves the right to refuse future COD orders in case of repeated non-acceptance.
Return Process
Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery and applies only to the following cases:
- Damaged product
- Manufacturing defect
- Incorrect product received
To initiate a return:

- Share two images:
- One image clearly showing the issue or damage.
- One image of the complete product.
- Our Quality Assurance team will review your request.
You will receive your Return Request Status within 2–3 working days.
Once approved:
- Reverse pickup will be arranged within 2–3 working days.
- Transit back to our warehouse may take 7–10 days.
- After quality inspection, the refund will be initiated within 2–3 days.
